The Nelson’s Project

A Trilogy of stakeholders!: Weather station.

A recent Project that we where given the opportunity to be part of was a multi-stakeholder venture initialized by Department of Defence. This was to accommodate an upgrade to a existing power supply to the EPA monitoring hub and new installation of a weather station for BOM out on a RAAF Airfield.

With Safety at the forefront of our program, special air-side courses where taken by our staff with RAAF air-side marshals. A specific company induction was created along with a SWMS that where designed and collaborated on by members taking part of the project.

The requirements was to upgrade 1000v step up transformer and a step down transformer, install Marine grade Stainless steel enclosures and make sure there is a stable voltage for both the new weather station and existing EPA air monitoring hub.

All whilst the EPA would have minimal interruptions these works went seamlessly. The next phase was to supply under ground power and comm's conduits with power outlets for the new weather station. The works required installation to a scientific specification.

All in all a great outcome for everyone....

KEEP YA COOL... The chocolates are ok!

I must say, this may be the "sweetest" job we have ever done.. recently we have installed the electrical for the new AC's installed at the CHOCAMAMA Victorian HQ. With summer fast approaching this was a critical move by the team at CHOCAMAMA with such a exquisite product range we would suggest you try their treats..

First, there was fire...Now, there is LED

With the FRV's initiative of reducing power consumption and in turn reducing their carbon footprint, they have engaged JP & T to update their stations to LED lighting.  It is always a great feeling when your work is securing a better future...
